Elections 2012  

The Reference Team at the Alden Library has selected these informational websites for the 2012 election. The websites here are mainly non-partisan.  They contain helpful and factual information. Except when they link to party and candidate pages, they meet four basic tests for web sources: they are accurate, written by reliable authors, balanced rather than biased and have timely, frequently-updated information. Many other websites have useful information and may be found by following links in any of these websites. 

When following those links or using an internet search engine such as Google, keep the four criteria in mind.  If you have any suggestions for websites to include in this list, please email us.
